In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to turn Claude into a shared “team brain” that understands your product, supports your workflows, and helps your team execute faster and more consistently.
Instead of relying on scattered docs, prompts, and individual knowledge, you’ll build a structured system that gives Claude the context it needs to act as a true team assistant.
Together, we will:
Set up a local Claude Code workspace
Create a structured knowledge base from your product or business
Define reusable workflows (“skills”) for common tasks like marketing content and support responses
Establish a simple system for keeping knowledge updated and improving over time
By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a working Team Brain, including a knowledge base, two practical AI workflows, and a foundation you can expand with your team.
This is not about learning AI tools. It’s about building how your team thinks, works, and scales with AI.
